Montréal-Départure :Departure from Montreal for an overnight flight to Europe. Sit back and relax as your journey through Spain and Portugal begins.
Barcelona: Arrival in Barcelona, the vibrant capital of Catalonia, renowned for its Mediterranean atmosphere, remarkable architecture and rich cultural heritage. Meet your tour team and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and get acquainted with your fellow travelers.
Barcelona :Enjoy a guided tour of Barcelona, one of Spain’s most fascinating cities. Discover the famous Gothic Quarter, known for its medieval streets, lively squares and Roman remains. The afternoon is free to continue exploring the city at your own pace.
Barcelona-Madrid :Board the famous AVE high-speed train and travel through Spain’s beautiful landscapes toward Madrid. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour of the Spanish capital featuring its historic districts, grand plazas and iconic landmarks. Hotel check-in and free time afterward.
Madrid-Excursion to Toledo:Departure for Toledo, famously known as the City of Three Cultures because of its Christian, Jewish and Muslim heritage. Perched on a hill and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this former Spanish capital captivates visitors with its remarkable architecture. Visit the magnificent cathedral and admire the city’s many historic treasures before returning to Madrid
Madrid-Ávila- Salamanca:Travel to Segovia, a historic Castilian city surrounded by ancient walls and known for its rich heritage. Continue to Ávila, famous for its impressive medieval fortifications and its connection to Saint Teresa. In the evening, arrive in Salamanca, a lively university city renowned for its golden sandstone buildings.
Salamanca-Porto:Guided tour of Salamanca including its two famous cathedrals, one Romanesque and the other Gothic. Continue to Porto, a charming riverside city celebrated worldwide for its Port wine.
Porto-Lisbon:This morning, enjoy a guided tour of Porto followed by a visit to a traditional wine cellar and a tasting of the famous Port wine. Continue to Lisbon. In the evening, an optional Portuguese dinner accompanied by a traditional Fado performance will be available.
Lisbon:Morning guided tour of Lisbon, Portugal’s charming capital built across rolling hills. Discover highlights including St. George’s Castle, Belém Tower, the cathedral and the Jerónimos Monastery. The afternoon is free to continue exploring the city or join an optional excursion along the Estoril Coast.
